Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
Position Overview:
This position combines residential HVAC replacement sales with the opportunity to develop skills in estimating, system design, blueprint reading, and residential new-construction sales.
Responsibilities:
- Work with homeowners on residential HVAC replacement options
- Develop estimates and project pricing
- Assist with HVAC system design
- Learn blueprint reading and new-construction estimating
- Build relationships with builders and contractors
- Help determine appropriate HVAC equipment and system solutions
- Support residential new-construction sales and estimating
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC sales experience required
- Residential change-out sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and professional
- Motivated to learn HVAC estimating and design

Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers about their home comfort needs
- Introduce A1 Mechanical services and promotions
- Generate qualified homeowner leads
- Collect customer information
- Assist with appointment scheduling
- Maintain a professional retail presence
