Description
Position Overview:
The HVAC Job Completion Manager oversees the final stages of residential new-construction HVAC projects and makes sure homes are completed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed HVAC installations
- Identify outstanding punch-list items
- Coordinate technicians and crews to complete corrections
- Track homes through final completion
- Work with builders, field supervisors, and internal departments
- Verify installations meet company and builder standards
- Help resolve job-site issues and scheduling concerns
- Ensure homes are ready for inspection and homeowner turnover
Qualifications:
- Residential HVAC or construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple homes and projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with builders and field crews
