Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour
Position Overview: A1 Mechanical is looking for an Entry-Level Duct Cleaning Helper to support our growing indoor air quality division. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the skilled trades. No previous HVAC experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead duct cleaning technician on residential and light commercial jobs
- Set up and break down duct cleaning equipment
- Clean and vacuum ductwork using industry-standard tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Learn from experienced technicians and gain hands-on HVAC experience
Qualifications:
- No prior HVAC experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Punctual, respectful, and professional
