Description
Position Overview: The In-Store Lead Generator represents A1 Mechanical at our retail partner locations and connects with homeowners who may be interested in heating, cooling, indoor air quality, or other home comfort services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce A1 Mechanical and explain available services
- Promote current offers and promotions
- Identify interested homeowners and generate qualified leads
- Collect customer information accurately
- Help schedule appointments for customers
- Maintain a professional presence at the retail location
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Dependable and professional
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Pay: $15/hr - $20/hr
